This Privacy Policy explains how Agent GTM ("Agent GTM", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit agentgtm.app (the "Site") or use our go-to-market services (the "Services").
1. Who we are
Agent GTM provides an AI go-to-market service that researches markets, builds verified account-and-people data, drafts outreach, and runs email campaigns on behalf of our customers. For the personal data described in this policy, Agent GTM is the data controller.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
When you submit our intake form ("drop your deck"), book a strategy call, or otherwise contact us, we collect the details you provide, which may include:
- Contact details — your name, work email address, company name, company website, and phone number.
- Targeting details — the country or markets you want to target, your ideal customer profile, and any other notes or insights you choose to share.
- Booking details — your selected meeting time, time zone, and what you would like to discuss.
- Uploaded materials — files you upload, such as pitch decks, case studies, product information, FAQs, company profiles, and credentials. These may contain personal data about you and others; please only upload material you are entitled to share.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our hosting provider automatically collect limited technical data needed to deliver and secure the Site, including your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the referring page, and the date and time of your request. Where present, we also record campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags) attached to the link you arrived through.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold strategy calls, and provide the Services you request.
- To prepare a tailored go-to-market plan and sample outreach based on the materials and details you provide.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To communicate with you about your request, your booking, and (where permitted) related updates.
- To comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the materials you upload for any purpose other than providing the Services to you, except as required by law.
4. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (or steps at your request before a contract) — to respond to your enquiry, hold your call, and provide the Services.
- Legitimate interests — to run, secure, and improve the Site and our business, balanced against your rights.
- Consent — where we ask for it, for example for optional communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — where we must process data to comply with the law.
5. Cookies & analytics
The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary to operate and secure it. We describe these, and any future analytics, in our Cookie Policy.
6. How we share information
We share personal data only as needed to run the Services:
- Service providers (processors) — including our cloud hosting and database/storage provider (Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the Site and stores submissions and uploaded files) and, where enabled, our transactional email provider used to notify our team of new submissions. These providers process data on our behalf under contract.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Agent GTM, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. International transfers
Agent GTM operates from the United Arab Emirates and uses service providers that may process data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the service provider's standard contractual clauses and security commitments) to protect it consistent with applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the GDPR where it applies.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — to respond to and serve you, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Intake submissions, booking records, and uploaded materials are retained for the duration of our discussions and engagement, and then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period unless a longer period is required by law. You may ask us to delete your data sooner (see Your rights).
9. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authorities of incidents where required by law.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, and to correct, delete, restrict, or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@agentgtm.app. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, or with the UAE Data Office.
11. Children
The Site and Services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date, and where appropriate notify you of material changes.
