Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Agent GTM uses cookies and similar technologies on agentgtm.app (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and to provide information to site owners. "Similar technologies" include local storage and pixels that perform comparable functions.

2. How we use them

We keep our use of cookies to a minimum. The Site uses strictly necessary technologies, those required to deliver the Site securely, route requests, balance load, and protect against fraud and abuse. These are set by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) and do not track you across other websites.

We also use privacy-friendly analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used. These set no advertising cookies, do not track you across other websites, and do not build a profile of you. See Analytics below.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data.

3. Categories of cookies

Strictly necessary (always active)

Required for the Site to function and stay secure. These cannot be switched off through our Site. Examples include security and load-balancing identifiers set by Cloudflare.

Third-party requests

We serve our typefaces from our own domain rather than a third-party font host, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any other outside provider for them. The only third parties your browser contacts are our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) and our analytics providers, described below.

Analytics

We use PostHog and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used: which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and which features are used. Neither sets advertising cookies, tracks you across other websites, or builds a profile of you.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is entirely cookieless and stores nothing on your device. PostHog stores a temporary identifier in your browser's session storage so that several page views can be recognised as a single visit. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to other websites, and your browser clears it when you close the tab. We do not use it to identify you.

If we ever add analytics that require persistent cookies or cross-visit tracking, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your consent first.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, manage, block, and delete cookies through their settings. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, blocking them may affect how the Site works. To learn more about cookies and how to control them, see aboutcookies.org.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or the law change. We will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
